The last song on my EP is out now. All of my precious songs are out in the world! How wild! You can listen to End is Nigh here.
I grew up in Las Vegas, and this song is filled with imagery that was part of my life—the desert, the dryness, and the smoke from West Coast fires.
High school wasn’t so long ago for me, and this song is also full of little slices of memories and experiences that remind me of those days.
But just because I was young didn’t mean that I didn’t see how hard the world is around us and how everyone seems to be trying their best to keep going and keep hoping for the best. I love writing, and songwriting feels like an outlet for me. I used to spend hours every day playing covers on the piano and singing along, and it was super fun, but I always felt like I wasn’t complete. When I started writing my own songs, I felt like singing made me feel whole.
This song is an example of that. It’s me sharing what the world looks like to me.
I hope you like it!
Thank you for listening!
